Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering fresh coffee to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Carrier

We currently ship all orders via UPS to ensure reliable delivery and tracking for every package.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer UPS shipping for the following product sizes:

  • 12oz Bags

  • 5lb Bags

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping speed.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase as we roast to order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UPS Ground shipping typically delivers within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Apparel & Gear Orders

Our apparel and gear items (such as t-shirts, hats, mugs, etc.) are fulfilled and shipped from a third-party facility. As a result:

  • These items ship separately from your coffee order.

  • Shipping times and tracking information may differ.

  • Please allow additional time for delivery.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order includes both coffee and apparel/gear.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States/Canada

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
