Subscriptions:

If you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive regular deliveries based on the schedule you choose (like how often and for how long).

We’ll securely store your payment details and charge you for each delivery, unless you paid upfront.

Some subscriptions renew automatically when they end. If you don’t want it to renew, you can cancel.

You can cancel or change your subscription anytime. Just click the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription or visit Your Subscriptions.

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders are for products that are out of stock or not yet available. We might collect no payment or just a deposit at checkout, store your payment info, and then charge the rest when the product is ready.

You can cancel a pre-order that hasn’t been fulfilled yet. If it’s already been fulfilled, you can’t cancel, but you can request a refund. See our Returns Policy for more details
